These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from Night and Day Designs (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website legally and not to engage in behaviour that:

  • Violates any applicable laws
  • Interferes with the security or functionality of the site
  • Attempts to access restricted areas or server data
  • Harms or disrupts the website or other users

We may suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.

2. Products and Descriptions

We aim for accuracy in displaying products, but:

  • Colours may vary depending on screen settings
  • Print placement may have slight variations (Printify allows a tolerance of 0.5″)
  • Product descriptions may be updated without notice

All products are made to order through Printify’s print-on-demand partners.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

Payments are securely processed through third-party providers such as WooCommerce, PayPal, etc.
We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

4. Order Processing & Print-on-Demand Fulfilment

All items are produced only after an order is placed.
This means:

  • Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production begins
  • Production times typically range from 2–7 business days
  • Shipping times vary by location and print provider
  • Slight variations in colour, size tolerance, or print placement are normal and not defects

By ordering, you acknowledge that your item will be printed and shipped by Printify’s external fulfilment partners.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship globally using Printify’s partnered carriers.
Please allow for potential delays due to:

  • Carrier issues
  • Holidays
  • Customs inspections
  • Weather conditions
  • High seasonal volumes

We are not responsible for delivery delays outside of our control.

Unsuccessful Delivery

If an order is returned due to incorrect address, failure to collect, or courier issues:

  • You may request a reprint at an additional charge, or
  • A partial refund may be issued (per Printify policies)

6. Returns, Refunds & Reprints

Because all products are custom-printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Wrong colour ordered
  • Change of mind

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, logos, text, and images on this website are the property of Night and Day Designs.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Delays caused by third-party print providers or carriers
  • Losses arising from incorrect customer information
  • Normal print placement tolerances (up to 0.5″)

Our maximum liability is limited to the value of your order.
