Refund & Returns Policy

Because our products are made to order via third parties (such as Printify), this Refund Policy follows their official guidelines.


1. No Returns or Exchanges for Wrong Size, Colour, or Change of Mind

All items are custom-printed once an order is placed.

Therefore, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Choosing the wrong colour
  • Changing your mind
  • Not liking the item after receiving it

Please check product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before purchasing.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we offer:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A refund

Printify requires the issue to be reported within 30 days of delivery.

How to request a replacement/refund:

Contact us at [your email] with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo showing the problem
  • If multiple items are affected: a photo or video showing all affected products in one frame

No need to return the damaged product.


3. Print Tolerances

Printify allows up to 0.5 inch variation in print placement for DTG (Direct-To-Garment) products.
This is considered normal and not a defect.


4. Unsuccessful or Failed Delivery

If a package is undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect address provided
  • Customer failure to collect
  • Courier issues

Printify offers two options:

  • Reprint with an additional charge, or
  • Partial refund

5. Refund Method

Refunds are issued according to Printify’s policy:

  • Refunds go to our Printify account balance, then are transferred to the original payment source
  • If your payment currency is not USD, refunds go directly back to the original payment method
  • Refund timing depends on the payment provider (e.g., PayPal)

6. Exceptions

We cannot offer reprints or refunds if:

  • The wrong size was ordered
  • The wrong colour was ordered
  • The customer changed their mind
  • Normal print variation (≤ 0.5″) is present
  • The complaint is made after 30 days from delivery
